The Tire Source Story

Tom White founded Tire Source Neighborhood Car Care in 1991 after working for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a sales representative in their Commercial Tire Division. From one location in Medina in 1991 to six area locations today, Tire Source has significantly grown and expanded over the years. It now proudly serves thousands of drivers in Northeast Ohio.

But one thing that hasn’t changed? Our commitment to strong community relationships. More than 35 years later, Tire Source remains a family-owned and -operated company and is still dedicated to serving the area.

Our Mission

At Tire Source, our goal is to be the best tire and automotive repair provider in the neighborhood. We know you trust us with your vehicle, and we want to earn that trust by offering the highest quality service.

To achieve our goals, we strive for continuous improvement. We invest in our people, embrace new technologies and give back through our Tire Source foundation whenever we can.

Our Values

We operate Tire Source according to our values:

  • You can trust us to care for your vehicle as we would our own.
  • We use the highest quality parts.
  • Our team members are among the best trained in the industry.
  • We work as a cohesive team.
  • We provide a consistently high level of service.
  • We are a good community citizen.
  • We’re financially responsible.

We call this the Tire Source Advantage, because it guides our business in everything we do.

As always, I would give them 7 stars if I could. I have never once gone up to Tire Source for ANYTHING and not had the most pleasant experience! Staff is beyond nice, prices are great, and they will fit you in their schedule if it’s an emergency. I cannot recommend them enough!

– Loki S.

I’ve dealt with this location twice and both times I had great service. No nonsense and quick. Very polite and friendly. Thank you guys.

– Ivan Dusper

The staff have always gone out of their way to accommodate me and provided excellent advice. I’ll be buying 4 more tires there in a few weeks!

– Bill Manby

Tire Source Neighborhood Car Care, owned by Drew Dawson, is a great place. It is the cleanest and most reliable automobile service provider I have ever dealt with. They provide prompt, friendly service and offer courtesy rides. They don’t try to talk you into more than you need, and they will prioritize services if you can’t afford everything at one time. They are trustworthy and honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

– Evelyn Burkhart

I highly recommend Tire Source Neighborhood Car Care – run by Drew Dawson and Tom White. I have been a customer for 8 years and have been very pleased with the personable and affordable car care.
