Store Manager Jim Klotz leads our Medina Tire Source team. Jim is a former 9 year associate with Tire Source who spent 3 years as a service adviser with a Honda dealership. He returned to Tire Source over 5 years ago. Jim is an ASE certified Master Technician and has over 35 years experience in tire and automotive repair.
Our Sales/Customer Service Associates are James Hurley and Zack McMurray. James has been with Medina Tire Source for over 3 years. James has over 5 years experience in the automotive repair industry. Zack is a recent addition to the Tire Source team. Zack had 1 year experience as a general service technician.
Our Technician is Pat Ottobre. Pat has been with Tire Source for 1 year. Pat is an ASE certified Master Technician and has over 23 years experience in automotive repair.
Our Alignment/Automotive Technicians are Steven Worsley and Bill Easter. Steven has been with our Medina automotive care team for 1 year. Steven has over 5 years experience in automotive repair. Bill is a recent addition to the Tire Source team.
Our General Service Technicians are Brandon Johnston, Jonathan Pernod, Cliff Serafine, and Tristan Endo.
Our Part Time Driver is Bill Schwab.
Our Owner/Operators are Drew Dawson and Tom White.
