Guest Experience Manager Jim Klotz leads our Medina Tire Source team. Jim is a former 9 year associate with Tire Source who spent 3 years as a service manager with a Honda dealership. He returned to Tire Source in 2003. Jim is an ASE certified Master Technician and has over 35 years experience in tire and automotive repair.
Our Guest Experience Specialists are Chad Parkison and Zack McMurray. Chad has been with the Tire Source team since 2003. Chad has over 9 years experience in the automotive repair industry. Zack has been with the Tire Source team since 2008. Zack had 1 year experience as a general service technician.
Our Automotive Technicians are Pat Ottobre and Brian Horton. Pat has been with the Tire Source team since 2007. Pat is an ASE certified Master Technician and has over 23 years experience in automotive repair. Brian has been with the Tire Source team since 2009.
Our Alignment Technician is Bill Easter. Bill has been with the Tire Source team since 2008.
Our General Service Technicians are Brandon Johnston, Jonathan Pernod, and Tristan Endo. Brandon joined the Tire Source team in 2008. Jonathan joined the Tire Source team in 2009. Tristan joined the Tire Source team in 2007 and currently attends Baldwin Wallace College.
Our Part Time Driver is Bill Schwab.
Our Owners/Operators are Drew Dawson and Tom White.
Our General Manager is Patrick Stuhldreher.
